Qazi Misbah also informed the court that he will present detailed arguments on October 24 and mentioned that Nawaz Sharif plans to return to Pakistan on October 21 seeking permission to appear in court.

The NAB prosecutor reiterated that Nawaz Sharif intends to come to court emphasizing that the purpose of the warrant is to ensure compliance with the law. Thus the suspension of Nawaz Sharif’s warrant is appropriate if he is willing to attend the court proceedings as emphasized by the NAB prosecutor.
